In SAS® Promotion Optimization, the Promotion Blend (%) metric might be incorrectly reported as missing in calendar and category plans. This issue occurs when an entire product node has zero sales. The Promotion Blend (%) metric for a product node with zero sales is set to a missing value. Once a value of missing is introduced for a product level, the levels above also report a missing value for the Promotion Blend (%) metric.
The workaround for this issue is to exclude product nodes with zero sales from calendar and category plans.
